1.1 Information you provide to us
- Identity & contact details such as name, phone number, email address.
- Service & booking details such as pickup and drop addresses, property type, inventory details, preferred dates and time windows, instructions, photographs you upload (if any), and feedback.
- Payment information such as payment method and transaction identifiers (processed via our payment partners; we do not store full card details).
- Account credentials if you create an account (e.g., username, password). Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage & device information such as IP address, device type, operating system version, app version, pages or screens viewed, and interactions. This may be collected via logs or analytics.
- Approximate or precise location if you grant permission in the app or browser (used to estimate distances, allocate crews, and show relevant services).
1.3 Information from third parties
- Payment processors provide us with limited payment status (success/failure) and transaction references.
- Logistics partners may share job status updates to complete your service.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services and our customer support.
- Process bookings, payments, and service fulfillment.
- Send service-related communications such as confirmations, reminders, and updates.
- Personalize content, estimate pricing, and optimize routing and scheduling.
- Monitor usage, detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
- With your consent, send marketing or promotional communications. You may opt out at any time.

- Deletion on request: You can request deletion of your account or personal information by using the in-app option (if available) or by contacting us at accounts@justdealz.in. We may retain certain information where we are legally required or have legitimate grounds (e.g., outstanding balances, fraud prevention).
- Timeline: Subject to verification, we aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Your Rights & Choices
- Access, correction, deletion: You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion.
- Marketing preferences: You can opt out of marketing emails or SMS by using unsubscribe links or replying STOP where applicable.
- Permissions: You can manage app permissions (e.g., location, notifications, camera) through your device settings. Disabling certain permissions may affect functionality.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access, and regular monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers in accordance with applicable law.

Account/Data Deletion Requests
Email us at accounts@justdealz.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email or phone number. We will verify your identity and process the request as described in Section 5.

- Data safety consistency: Our Play Console Data safety declarations are intended to be consistent with this Policy. If there is any discrepancy, this Policy governs our practices.
- In-app access: A link to this Privacy Policy is available in-app (e.g., Settings → Privacy Policy) and on our Google Play store listing.
- Account deletion: If the app provides sign-in, users can request account deletion as described above.
